Shipping Information
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have started processing it. Orders received on business days before 14:00 GMT are processed on the same day. The standard processing and shipping time for orders is usually 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can track the progress of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delays
If your shipment does not arrive even after the normal time required for processing and shipping your order, please be patient – there may be a slight delay, so we recommend allowing an additional 2 business days. In the meantime, please check the status of your shipment using the tracking code you received by email. Don't forget to include your order number so that we can check the situation as quickly as possible and offer you a suitable solution.

Goods Not Matching the Order or Damaged
If you have received a product that is damaged or does not match what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at help@earthlycompanion.com. The sooner you let us know, the greater the chance that we will be able to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. Once the order enters the preparation process, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
