Return Eligibility
Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, i.e., without signs of wear or damage. Furthermore, it must be returned in its complete original packaging, including all tags, labels, packaging materials, and any accessories. If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Unfortunately, after the 30-day period has expired, we can no longer accept requests for returns. We therefore recommend that you check the goods immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if necessary.

How to Start a Return
If you wish to return a purchased product, please contact us first at help@earthlycompanion.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you detailed shipping instructions. Please pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unannounced or unapproved shipments.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will be transferred back to the original payment method you used for your purchase. This process may take up to 10 days, depending on the terms and conditions of your bank or payment service provider.
We do not charge any restocking fees, so you will receive a full refund for the returned product. We will notify you by email once the refund has been confirmed.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product than the one you received, we recommend returning the original item according to our return instructions and then placing a new order with the desired item. This process allows us to ensure fast processing and accurate delivery of the new product of your choice. Thank you for your understanding.

Goods Not Matching the Order or Damaged
If you have received a product that is damaged or does not match what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive incorrect or defective goods, and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please take a clear photo of the product showing the damage or discrepancy and send it to help@earthlycompanion.com. Don't forget to include your order number and a brief description of the problem so that we can process your request efficiently.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at help@earthlycompanion.com. The sooner you let us know, the greater the chance that we will be able to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. Once the order enters the preparation process, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
